Professional Experience
Kwesi Hayfron-Benjamin was recently called to the Ghana Bar and joined HB&O Legal as a Pupil in 2024. He is currently assisting colleagues in a number of litigations and corporate matters in areas including mining, finance and land. He has also worked on arbitration matters.
Kwesi is engaged in ongoing research on the challenges within the ADR regime and has explored innovative ADR techniques to expand its use across a wide range of dispute types.
He also has a keen interest in company law and has written articles on the effect of the Exemptions Act of 2022 on companies, as well as the challenges with the state's carried interest in the mining industry.
