We are established as a private unlimited company under the laws of Ghana. We are, as a law firm, regulated by the General Legal Council.

Our mission

We are mindful of the need to encourage and enable young lawyers in our immediate environment, and, in keeping with a continental commitment, we aim at encouraging the development of intra Africa cooperation through knowledge, law and in business.

Pupillage

HB&O Legal are authorised to provide training during pupillage. We have a rigorous but exciting pupillage programme headed by our Ekua Hayfron-Benjamin. Pupils will be trained in various practical aspects of our areas of focus to help build their legal skills. They will have the opportunity to work with and interact with our lawyers.

Internships

Haven&apo;t decided on law or what area of law? Come and spend some time with us getting a practical feel for the practice of corporate and commercial law. Acceptances will be on merit and subject to available spaces. We welcome applications from you!
