Professional Experience

Sally has been primarily involved in advising clients in the areas of corporate and commercial law and commercial dispute resolution. In particular, she advises on international investments, oil and gas, banking and finance, insurance, company set ups, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance. She was, until December 2024, a partner with Reindorf Chambers, a leading Ghana law firm.

Much of her work involves conducting due diligence investigations, negotiating, drafting and reviewing various transactional documents. She has been involved in a number of major transactions that have taken place within the Ghanaian jurisdiction.

She has extensive dispute resolution experience representing clients before the courts, the National Labour Commission and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings such as arbitration.
